SMMA is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Manchester, New Hampshire.  

The new location, which opened in August 2025, marks SMMA’s first office location in New Hampshire and its third office in New England, joining its Cambridge headquarters and Providence, RI office. It is set to support the firm's expanding portfolio in Northern New England and enhance collaboration with regional clients, particularly the Manchester School District, with whom SMMA is partnering in the implementation of a city-wide master plan of its public schools. 

The office is located in downtown Manchester on the 13th floor of City Hall Plaza—the tallest building in the state. The Elm Street location was chosen for its proximity to municipal offices and key Manchester project sites, including several new middle schools and an elementary school currently being designed by SMMA.
