Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HVAC calculations
- Prepare HVAC drawings utilizing Autodesk Revit Building Information Modelling (BIM) Software
- Select HVAC equipment
- Provide interdisciplinary coordination
- Review construction administration submittals
- Provide field surveys and other tasks related to construction site visits.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in HVAC systems design
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- EIT/PE Registration is preferred
- Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, Load Calculation programs, MS Office
- Able to perform site visits on active construction sites
