Project Description: SMMA provided master plan engineering for the future expansion and campus-wide utility upgrade for this independent preparatory school serving students in grades K-12. The project included a new underground high voltage electrical distribution system, new central chiller plants to provide air conditioning to selected buildings, as well as design and coordination of the excavation, trenching, filling and site restoration work associated with the installation of the new utilities.
