Project Description: The landmark medical center serves as a model for integrated healthcare services, combining patient-focused care, physician/caregiver efficiency, integrated physician and hospital services, and first-class amenities. Overcoming challenges posed by a congested urban site bisected by an active railroad line, the completed 772,000sf facility includes a 299-bed acute care hospital, 240,000sf of diagnostic and treatment clinic space, 45,000sf of office and retail facilities, a 20,000sf public atrium, and structured parking for 2000 cars.
