Project Description: The new 66,800 sf three-level medical office building includes hospital ambulatory care functions, medical center, and private physician offices. Comprised of 70% medical offices and 30% hospital clinical services, the building includes a new main ambulatory entrance, rehabilitation services facilities, and a new endoscopy department.The project secured a Massachusetts Technology Collaborative Grant to study renewable energy sources and green design approaches.
