Project Description: For Catamount Management, SMMA provided architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design services for this mixed-use waterfront development on the Neponset River. The 6-story residential/retail building sits on the foundation of the old Hood Cooler Facility and provides public and private usage for boating, parking, a farmers' market, and a waterfront park.
